In the steel production process, the energy consumption of the sintering process accounts for about 10% of the total energy consumption, ranking second only to the ironmaking process. Nearly 50% of the total energy consumption of the sintering process is discharged into the atmosphere in the form of sensible heat in the form of flue gas of the sintering machine and exhaust gas of the ring cooler (with cooler). At present, most of the utilization of medium and low temperature waste heat in the sintering process of domestic and foreign steel plants stays in hot air sintering and produces low-capacity low-grade steam or hot water, which cannot effectively use energy. The sintered waste heat boiler developed by our company uses the medium and low temperature exhaust gas generated by the sintering cooling system to generate large flow and high parameter steam for power generation or as a power to directly drag the machinery is the most effective way to use waste heat. It has the purpose of making full use of low-temperature waste gas to achieve the purpose of turning waste into treasure and purifying the environment.
